An Annual Ugh

I have my annual exam this afternoon. Needless to say, I am dreading it! And to make matters worse, we don't have insurance (thank you internship & law school) so I have to go to Planned Parenthood. I hope there aren't any protesters around!

Ugh.

  2. So last year I was kicking it in the stirrups with my Doc hanging out getting ready to start. Nurse Nancy was in the room with us too. I hear the Doc start to open the drawer of cold goodies and holler "Nancy there is so much junk in here I can't find anything!"

I prop myself up on my elbows and holler back "I swear to God you had BETTER be talking about that drawer and not my girlie bits!"

He looked at me like I was insane. I'm not sure if my Doc loves me for my irreverent style...or absolutely hates me.

  3. I hate the girly doc.

Also, I went to PP for years and always had a really good experience there, the docs were incredibly nice and understanding. Sympathy abounds.

  6. Ugh, those are never fun. PP got me through college and my first year out so I have totally been there.
